2025 is upon us - let’s kick off the new year with an extra special 2 hour Sunset Circle!
I’m thrilled to introduce our community to Melanee Cooper, my Sacred Woman sister and owner of our Chicago Branch. Together, we will co-host Sunset Circle on January 19th from 1:30-3:30pm where we delve into the depths of our inner worlds through the powerful practices of yin, breathwork and council.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Move with intention and ease.
Guided by intentional movement and breathing techniques, you will release tension, access deeper layers of self-awareness, and reconnect with your authentic self.
This experience is followed by a sharing circle (council) where you will be seen, held and heard.
