Monthly Sunset Circles are a beautiful opportunity to sit with other women in community, drop into our bodies, and tap into our hearts. Join us for Sunset Circle on at the beautiful and sacred West Coast Willows Apothecary (West Seattle). Being in Community with other non-competitive, non-judgmental women is one of the most heart-warming and nourishing things we can do for ourselves. We sit in circle and enjoy guided meditation, breathwork, a magnificent sound bath, and sharing and listening from our hearts. Be seen, heard and held.
