Join Natasha for a very special gathering designed for caregivers of children with special needs. This circle will focus on self-care, offering a supportive space for women to connect, reflect, and nourish themselves.
There will also be a gentle somatic movement practice to help release stress and tension from the body. It’s an opportunity to sit in a judgment-free circle, receive support, connect, share, and empower one another, and to simply be heard by others who understand.
