This serene hydrotherapy spa is a warm and welcoming environment designed to enrich and nourish your mind and body. With multiple soaking pools (hot and cold), saunas, and a eucalyptus steam room, your body will thank you as it melts away all the stress. 

Soaking Pools:
Submerge yourself in three unique soaking pools, each a distinct sensory experience with complementary healing qualities.

• Hot Soaking Pool 103 degrees

• Tepid Soaking Pool 98 degrees

• Cold Plunge Pool 56 degrees

Saunas:
A therapeutic experience derived in Finland more than 2000 years ago. The saunas envelope you with dry heat for full body relaxation and relieve from stress, aches and pains. 

• Cedar Dry Sauna

• Himalayan Salt Dry Sauna

Steam Room:
Breathe in. Breathe out. Feel your stresses melt away in an instant. The Eucalyptus Steam Room soothes your senses with aromatherapy and cleansing steam known to clear your head, improve circulation and reduce blood pressure. Also fabulous for your skin – you will emerge glowing like a goddess!
